What is CoopCrossfire?

Who can purchase from this site?

3. Digital Delivery (Shipping Policy)
How will I receive my purchase?
As we provide intangible digital products, no physical shipping is required. Upon successful payment, your digital assets (game access, virtual items, or licenses) are delivered instantly to your registered account dashboard or the email address provided during checkout.Our system maintains a verifiable delivery log (including download timestamps and IP access). This data serves as proof of fulfillment for all digital orders.
I didn’t receive my digital item. What should I do?
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the digital ledger synchronization to complete. Check your “Spam” folder for the confirmation email. If the item has not arrived after 15 minutes, please contact game@coopcrossfire.com with your Transaction ID for immediate assistance.
4. Returns & Refunds
Can I get a refund for a digital purchase?
Due to the nature of instant digital fulfillment, once the delivery process has started or the item has been credited to your account, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
What about the 14-day cooling-off period in Europe?
In accordance with EU Consumer Protection Laws, by purchasing our digital content and requesting immediate delivery, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided to you.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where a persistent technical error prevents access to the product, provided the error is reported within 14 days and our support team is unable to resolve it.

Are the game assets original?
Yes. All visual assets and media on www.coopcrossfire.com are either original creations of Coopcrossfire Interactive Inc. or sourced from legally licensed materials. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with any third-party game franchises.We provide a dedicated platform and finished digital assets for our proprietary environments.
