Ⅱ. Delivery Method & Fulfillment Process

Ⅲ. Waiver of Withdrawal Right (EU & Global)

Immediate Performance: By purchasing our digital content and requesting immediate delivery, you provide your express prior consent to begin the performance of the contract.
Loss of Cancellation Right: You acknowledge that once the digital delivery has commenced (e.g., the access link is sent or the file is accessed), you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal and any “no-reason” refund rights.
Ⅳ. Verification of Delivery (Proof of Fulfillment)
To protect both the customer and Coopcrossfire Interactive Inc. against fraudulent activity, we maintain comprehensive internal digital logs for every transaction, including:
Timestamp of the purchase and unique Transaction ID.
IP Address and geolocation data used during the transaction.
System Logs confirming the exact time the digital link was sent and accessed.
These digital logs serve as our binding Proof of Delivery in the event of a dispute.
Ⅴ. Regional Restrictions
Our digital delivery services are strictly optimized for and restricted to customers residing in the United States and Europe. We reserve the right to cancel any orders originating from outside these authorized regions to ensure regional compliance.
