- Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on www.coopcrossfire.com are digital assets, virtual items, or game access licenses. Unlike physical goods, these items cannot be “returned” or “restocked.” Therefore, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the delivery process has been initiated or the content has been accessed. - EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver (Important for European Users)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers typically have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
- Express Consent: By clicking “Pay” and requesting immediate access to our digital content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital delivery process has begun (e.g., the download link is sent or the virtual asset is added to your account).
- Exceptional Refund Eligibility
We only consider refund requests under the following verified circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the digital link or access credentials within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error on our part (please check your “Spam” folder first).
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same digital asset twice in a single transaction.

- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- Unauthorized purchases made by minors (our Terms of Service require all users to be 18+).
- Account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., cheating, hacking, or toxic behavior).

- Refund Process
To request a refund under the eligible criteria in Section 3, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

- Required Info: Your Transaction ID, registered email, and a detailed description of the technical issue.
- Resolution: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe. It may take 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, Coopcrossfire Interactive Inc. reserves the right to provide comprehensive digital delivery logs (including IP addresses, timestamps, and access records) to Stripe and the relevant card issuer as binding proof of fulfillment.
