Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and use our services. By completing a transaction, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Digital Products & Instant Fulfillment
Nature of Sale: All purchases are for one-time digital products or virtual items. These are intangible assets and do not involve physical shipping or logistics tracking.

Immediate Delivery: Upon successful payment, digital assets are delivered instantly via your registered account dashboard or email. A digital receipt sent to your email serves as final proof of service fulfillment.

Waiver of Withdrawal Right (EU Consumers): Pursuant to EU consumer protection laws, by clicking "Purchase" or "Download," you expressly request the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that once the digital content delivery has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal and the 14-day "no-reason" refund period.

3. Intellectual Property & Limited License
Ownership: All source code, artwork, music, and visual assets on the Site are the exclusive property of Coopcrossfire Interactive Inc.

Independent Entity: CoopCrossfire is an independent entity. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by any third-party brands, including but not limited to "Crossfire" (developed by Smilegate/Tencent).

License Grant: When you purchase a virtual item, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment within the CoopCrossfire environment. You do not own the digital assets.

4. Payments, Security & Disputes
Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store sensitive cardholder data on our servers.

Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to verify your identity and location (via IP matching) before fulfilling any order to prevent unauthorized use of payment methods.

Chargeback Policy: As we provide instant digital delivery, any unauthorized or "friendly fraud" chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account. We encourage users to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a formal dispute with their bank.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Canada, the USA, and Europe, Coopcrossfire Interactive Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our virtual services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
